Random Thursday: Favorite Easy Recipes...

Food, food, food...get in my belly! It's never been a secret, I love food. Especially easy to make food cause this girl does not do long stints in front of the stove.

I swear if this week hadn't of been so damn crazy busy I probably would've actually cooked a meal & recorded it...but it was (because you might have guessed it, fucking training) so all you get is a few photos of the delicious meal & a link to the [easy] recipe.

You're totally welcome.

Yes, it's as amazingly tasty as it looks and just as unhealthy, but we'll leave that last tidbit out. Everyone that's ever tasted this has asked for seconds & thirds. The only thing I do different from the recipe is NOT add mushrooms (Rusty's allergic), transfer the pasta to a casserole dish because I dont have a big enough skillet and use lots more pepperonis.

Who needs take out chinese when you can make it at home. Best part is, you know you won't get skimped cause you're the one serving. Take it all, if you want it! Super easy, quick to make & most of the stuff is already in your pantry so no extra spending.

Easiest food I've ever made. Other than a sandwich, of course. Most of the time I end up frying the tequitos cause that's the way my mom used to make them but know I should bake them since it's probably healthier. Either way, they're delicious. Other than the frying, the only other thing I do different is not add all of the extra ingredients to the chicken (Rusty likes his chicken salted & plain) and when I do use green salsa, I always use Las Palmas Green Enchilada Sauce in medium (it's the fucking best! not too hot, just the right amount of heat).

I was never a pork chop fan until I tried this recipe. When I was a kid I used  to dread pork chop night because my mom would char the shit out of those suckers; go figure they don't always taste like burned & cause you to almost chip a tooth. This is my go-to recipe when I'm tired & dont want to fuss over dinner. The best part? You can prep it the night before because the more they sit in the marinade, the better!
