Vintage Celebrity Saturday

Happy Saturday all! I hope you guys are all having a better day than I am...my day's been spent watching the hubs play Call of Duty online, washing laundry & eating anything within arms length, lol.

Yup, I know I know...you're all green with envy. NOT! The only cool thing I've done so far is watch The Men Who Stare At Goats. This movie was hilarious, dry comedy sort funny though & I'm glad Rusty 'forced' me to sit & watch it.

Alrighty...so today's celeb is this guy:

Any ideas? Well here's a clue: he still has the same the nose & lips.
  1. Was born July 21, 1951 in Chicago, Illinois.
  2. Briefly studied political science before enrolling at Juilliard to study theatre.
  3. Has been married twice, is currently going through a divorce after 20 years of marriage.
  4. Has 3 children.
  5. When auditioning for a certain aliens' role producer Garry Marshall who told him to sit down. He then immediately sat his head on the chair. Marshall hired him, saying that he was the only alien who auditioned.
  6. Studied at Julliard with actor Christopher Reeve. The two remained good friends until Reeve's death in 2004.
  7. Enjoys cycling and occasionally trains with Lance Armstrong.
  8. Was voted "Least Likely to Succeed" by his fellow graduates at Larkspur.
  9. One week after Christopher Reeve's tragic horse riding accident, he visited him in the hospital. However, he was dressed from head to toe in scrubs, spoke with a Russian accent, and had a surgical mask on. He was acting as if he was a real doctor and did a bunch of wacky antics. After he took off his mask, Reeve stated that, "That was the first time he laughed since the accident!".
  10. He was a very overweight child. As a result, nobody would play with him. He started talking in different voices to entertain himself.
  11. Most of his dialogue in Aladdin (1992) is ad-libbed.
  12. Has played both a fictional president in Man of the Year (2006) and a real-life one in Night at the Museum (2006).
  13. Speaks French fluently.
  14. Is a stand up comic as well as an actor.
Did you guess it? Well, if you did then you'd know that's its
Robin Williams

  1. I LOVE Robin Williams! I had tickets to see the "Weapons of Self Destruction" tour when he came to Birmingham, but then he had to change the date because of the heart surgery. And when did it change to? The day I was flying out of town to go to a friend's wedding. She'd better be glad I'm too cheap to skip out on a plane ticket and sold my Robin Williams tickets instead ::tear::
