Vintage Celebrity Saturday

Let start oft with some fun facts about this weeks' celebrity shall we...

-Named after Shirley Temple.
-Made her Broadway debut at 18 as a chorus dancer in the Rodgers and Hammerstein musical Me and Juliet.
-Made her big-screen debut in Alfred Hitchcock's 1955 black comedy The Trouble with Harry.
-Married to businessman Steve Parker from 1952-1982. They had a daughter, Sachi Parker.
-Younger brother is Warren Beatty.
-Won Best Actress Oscar for Terms of Endearment (1983).
-Took ballet as a child and always played the boy's role due to being the tallest in her class.

-Was close friends with the members of the Rat Pack.
-Was a cheerleader in high school.
-Changed her last name when it kept being mispronounce
d by directors.
