Whip Me Into Shape...


Lately I've been feeling like I should be wearing this sign on my back (<--- see photo on the left).

I said it before & I'll say it again, I. Lack. Discipline. And, because of this Rusty has taken it upon himself cause he's tired of me bitching to whip me into shape.

While getting ready for bed last night Rusty made me do a 10 minute butt & leg work out. When he first mentioned it I looked at him like 'you've got to kidding, I'm going to bed' & started pulling the covers away from the bed. That's when he gave me the 'I'm not kidding' look.

I attempted to put up a fight with the excuse that I had to be up at 4am but he wasn't giving up. So at 9:50 pm, in pajamas & all, I worked out my butt & legs... & It Felt Great!

I know it was only a 10 minute work out but OMG it felt so good to have the after workout ache. Ha ha, I even felt lighter afterwards (I know I wasn't but it was still nice). So, thank you Rusty for forcing my Fatty McFatterson butt to work out somewhat last night & I'm sorry that I made you look the other way while I did it, ha ha.

It's nice to know if I ever need motivitaion & support, I have someone who'll be there to push me to do it. Tonight I think I'll suggest walking a mile & then work on our abs so I can rid myself of this horrid muffin top (I hate you muffin top!).

(This isn't me but this is what my muffin tops gonna look like if I keep slackin' off)

  4. Good for you for working out; it only takes 21 days to create a habit, before you know it you'll be craving your daily work out! I can't wait to start exercising again . . . walking is one of my faves.
