My Stomach Is Angry...

I've been up since 4:30am & I have yet to eat anything. Needless to say, my stomach is pissed! I'm having serious hunger pains & all I can think of are donuts, pizza, chili cheese fries (which I had for lunch yesterday), milk shakes, & french fries. I feel like such a fatty, did you notice all the food on my mind is super bad for you?

Lately I've been trying to think thin because Joe & Bonnie's wedding is coming up in like...ah 2 1/2 months, but it's not working. I guess what they say is true, you actually have to move around & do that thing called 'exercise' in order to loose a few pounds. Ugh. Rusty's attitude seems to have improved lately, you know with the whole out of work thing. I guess everyone has their 'D' days (depression days). He's been making the most out of being at home by doing prison like exercises, ha ha...he's found a way to work out his chest/arms without having a bench press. He puts a pillow on top of his tool box & then lays back on it (just his shoulders lay on it, while his legs level out his body) & then he grabs his dumb-bells & brings them in & out.

Ok, I'm horrible at describing things, I'm sorry. But it's seriously a sight & it's quite ingenious. I'm just happy that he's found something to do & that something just happens to be getting in fab shape for me...or him...no, it's definitely for me. He's tried getting me to do some exercises with him but I'm lacking motivation or something. I hate to admit it but I've become that girl that bitches & bitches about gaining weight & whines about how her pants don't fit. And, yet I do nothing to help myself. I need a good ass kicking motivation. Maybe I'll finally start walking a couple of miles mile tomorrow.

Goal for tomorrow: Walk at least a mile & don't die doing it. *fingers crossed*

Check back tomorrow to see if I went through with it or unplugged the alarm & pulled the comforter closer...


  1. I think stomachs make the most commotion in the beginning when they're not used to it but they do adjust to the smaller portions. Ignore that cranky belly!

  2. I know it's cliche, but I do weight watchers and it really helps. I've lost about 25 pounds so far. The point counting really opened my eyes to portions and stuff... and how bad fast food really is! (holy crap!)

    If you go to one meeting a month if nothing else it's worth it. Being accountable and having to weigh in is what helps a lot for me.
